Sales/Retail/Business Development Job Description Job Description: Job Description:This Enrollment Counselor to 40K + Position Features: Free Tuition Extremely Positive and Nurturing Environment Hands on training provided Great Pay to $40K Under limited supervision, this position generates leads for enrollment counselors, as well as increases positive awareness of the University within the business and government community. This position also acts as a resource to new and seasoned Corporate Advisors through mentoring activities and facilitating and conducting training sessions. A thorough knowledge of business, marketing or higher education market and industry as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. Successful sales and/or marketing experience highly preferred. Experience leading, guiding and directing others in a training and/or sales environment is also preferred. May be required to pass a background check and be fingerprinted to obtain security clearance. Must have the ability to professionally and effectively deliver presentations to small and large groups. Additionally, this position offers nearly unlimited income potential including 6 month reviews which can result up to a 20 percent increase in salary, free tuition, and an extremely positive and professional environment.
