Pri-Med's educational activities accelerate the impact of medical knowledge, so that physicians can apply what they learned at Pri-Med and use it in their practice the very next day.
We are seeking a Receptionist for our corporate office in Boston. This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced Receptionist or a recent college graduate who is looking to work in a corporate office. This highly visible and key role involves welcoming visitors and operating a multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls. The Receptionist will be responsible for various ad hoc projects, including assisting with direct marketing mailings and conducting research for various departments. The Receptionist will monitor and oversee airfare, auto rental, and hotel credits, will retrieve messages from the general M|C delivery voicemail and forward to appropriate personnel, and will also be responsible for the general upkeep and appearance of the reception and boardroom areas.
The successful candidate will possess experience working in a professional office environment. An Associates degree is preferred, but not required. S/he must be polished and professional with a team oriented attitude. Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills are essential. The ability to multi-task is necessary. Prior experience providing administrative support is helpful.
