Index Promotions, a promotional marketing agency that designs, manufactures, and delivers innovative promotional toys worldwide, seeks a talented and bright Creative Designer for our growing Creative Department.

What you’ll do:
Develop innovative toy ideas, concepts, and creative solutions. Explore new ideas, materials, mechanisms, and categories. Collaboratively brainstorm concepts with Development team and Safety team to ensure feasibility and cost. Sketch and draw concepts and functions in multiple 3 dimensional views. Scan concepts and prepare files digitally. Render concepts in color or B&W in Photoshop and Illustrator. Compose presentation decks in InDesign, PowerPoint, and Acrobat. Maintain flexibility, adjust concepts, and rework as necessary per client requests. Develop digital art for instruction sheets and packaging.
Minimum Qualifications:
A background in art with a working knowledge of illustration and design A positive, professional, and cooperative attitude Ability to take direction and prioritize project work Great time management skills Ability to work under tight deadlines with multiple projects Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic administrative computer skills (Word, Excel, Entourage) A creative mind and a sense of humor.  Mac experience is required with a good working knowledge of PhotoShop and Illustrator. InDesign and Power Point knowledge is also a plus.
