Credit Controller (1393)

The Credit Controller will:

-Assist in the control and reduction of worldwide debts as to reduce the loss of revenue through non-payment of accounts.

-Regularly monitor all accounts that have been assigned, ensuring that the Credit Control procedures are strictly adhered to and that any potential problems are highlighted to the Credit Supervisor.

-Assist in the maintenance of credit control database

-Produce regular written reports for the Credit Control Supervisor relating to bad debt properties.

-Ensures that all filing/late archiving is up to date in order to facilitate adequate interdepartmental communication and therefore the adoption of the correct approach in all matters.Required Skills:

-Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Package, i.e. Excel, Outlook

-Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

-Credit Control experience is desirable

-Experience of working in a customer service environment is essential

-Excellent written/verbal communication skills

-2nd major language advantageous (Spanish/Portuguese)

-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with customers, colleagues at all levels in a professional manner

-Confident telephone manner

-Ability to prioritize and organize your workExperience Required:

High school diploma or GED

Customer service experience preferred but we are willing to train the right person.

Collections skills perferred but not required.

SAP experience a plus.
