This opportunity is steps away from the wonders of down town Madison, and pays up to $11/ hr. A positive, friendly and respectful morning person is required. The applicant must be comfortable working with a personal computer for email correspondence, task scheduling and tracking supply inventory. The applicant, must have gobs of experience in cleaning, maintenance, and landscaping. Specifically, cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and cleaning equipment. Ability to stand, walk, lift and bend over frequently for 8 hours or more.. Ability to work from a stepladder.. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.. Ability to use cleaning chemicals and products..
