Thank you for your interest!This is a full-time, permanent Customer Service position requiring a SPANISH, Bilingual candidate. Under immediate supervision, the incumbent will respond to routine telephone inquiries ini a customer-oriented collection center environment by following standard scripts and procedures. The incumbent will perform routine tasks requiring working knowledge of the client's products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Uses a computer system to research inquiries and log customer calls, in a call center environment.2. Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.3. Gathers information from the caller to properly resolve the question and/or concern.4. Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.5. Investigates and resolves complaints.6. Refers non-routine inquiries and complaints to senior level call center representatives.7. Informs customers about services available and assess customer needs.8. Participates in team meetings, making recommendations to management in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness as appropriate. 9. Provides functional guidance, training and assistance to new hire staff as needed.10. All other duties as assigned.EDUCATION/SKILL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:1. Strong written and oral communication skills a must2. At least 1 year of Customer Service experience3. High School diploma or GED and/or equivalent and/or training4. Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software5. Strong interpersonal skills6. Proficient keyboard skills7. Excellent Time and attendance commitment8. Ability to follow guidelines and directionOther Duties as assignedHOURS:Work hours will vary Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:am -8pm; some Saturday's from 9am-12noon may be required.DUE TO BUSINESS NEEDS extra hours may be required.SALARY:The first two weeks employees will make a flat rate of pay and then the position transitions to Incentive Based pay.
