Customer Care / Call Center Representative

Description:
Using a computerized system, responds to customer inquiries in a call center environment.

Responsibilities:
• Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
• Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
• Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
• Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
• Assists in planning and implementing department goals and makes recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• All other duties as assigned.

 

Additional Details:
• Full time hours working into the call center schedule.
• Candidates must have availability to work this training/regular schdule:

Training Hours (first 3 weeks) – Mon - Fri  7:30am – 3:30pm

Schedule after training – Thurs - Sat  8am – 8pm(3 day work schedule / 4 days off)

• Paid training will be provided/required for the first 3 weeks.

 

** Positions will start onMay 8th, 14th, 21st, 28th . . . **

 

Requirements:
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to type at least 25 wpm
• Should have 6 months of customer service experience.
