Healthcare Logistics Solutions (HLS MedFreight ®) is a fast growing, healthcare freight management company. We take pride in being the first company to manage inbound freight for providers (hospitals, clinics, etc.) in the healthcare industry.  We are a privately-held company with an exciting opportunity in the role of Customer Care Relations.

 

Due to our rapid growth, we are seeking a Customer Care Relations professional who has a passion for customer focus and is comfortable working in a team environment focused on a common goal.

 

Qualified candidates should:

 

Have a minimum of five (5) years Customer Care and relations management experience.

Possess strong leadership skills.

Have an excellent phone presence.

Be a self-starter, focused on accomplishing their goals.

Have experience in receipt and documentation of customer contact.

Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Be able to manage multiple projects and frequent priority shifts.

Have excellent Microsoft Office skills.

Have professional verbal and written communications skills.

Demonstrate excellent follow-up.

Be extremely organized, accurate and highly detail-oriented.

Ability to develop initiatives for new revenue opportunities.

Proven project management experience with ability to meet targeted goals.

Ability to manage and facilitate meetings with customers.

 

Prefer a college degree, but will consider no degree with college background. Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in pro-active client relationship and maintenance.
