Help Advanced Marketing Solutions be a leader to one of our clients in the Automotive industry by acting as the Customer Commitment Specialist who keeps potential customers and customers informed; understands products and services; determines nature of customer inquiry; provides information; initiates or updates database.

Qualifications

Ability to accurately enter contact information along with profile responses as well as documenting critical case information with less then a 5% error rate.

Skillfully synthesizes large quantities of complex information under pressure. Distills it to the most critical issues and draws accurate conclusions, taking into account a high degree of uncertainty.

Experience relaying sensitive information to appropriate parties. Keeps clients, superiors, peers, and direct reports updated based on their information needs.

Encourages open communication by listening attentively and actively. Seeks to fully understand information from many points of view.

Uses superior customer-oriented telephone etiquette to get information. Greets callers, establishes rapport, projects professional tone, handles complaints, and records statistics on each call.

Is a compelling and articulate speaker in a variety of settings. Easily adjusts the message to match the audience.

Designs the organization for optimal customer service. Promotes excellence by providing superior service to each customer.

Has superior organizational skills. Keeps files and work area organized. Maintains a comprehensive library of reference and historical data.

Adeptly explains features, benefits, and technical aspects of the full product line. Demonstrates expert knowledge of the competitive market.

Influences product development by gathering and analyzing product, customer, and operational requirements.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
