Customer Service Admin 3

Handle the administrative portion of customer service work on designated team to include learning to layout jobs, writing up tickets, contacting customers for additional information and supporting the other members of the team.QualificationsMust have proficient computer and typing skills (particularly Word and Excel), math and technical aptitude and strong attention to detail; must be able to work the second shift. Thorough understanding of industry processes such as job layout and print terminology is cruicial to success in this position and the incumbents ability to advance to a CSR position. Preparing accurate and timely job tickets requires the adherence to specific standard operating procedures and policies.Must be able to effectively communicate via phone and email to internal employees, as well as external customers as needed. The ability to proof read all typed material is critical to this position.
