Customer Service Associate

A qualified Customer Service Associate is needed.  The perfect candidate will not only excel within the position but will also be striving to grow within this successful company.

This is a team environment in which training and licensing is provided.The individual must be a people person who is 100% dedicated to customer service. The day to day duties will include customer relations, work order creation, conflict resolution, research and complete follow-up.  This individual will need to maintain a positive attitude and have the ability to multi-task while exceeding customer's expectations.

Requirements:Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and the internetTelephone etiquetteProfessional communication skillsBilingual skills are a PLUS!
