Customer Service / Call Center Agent

Instinct Marketing is one of the fastest growing companies in America as rated by Inc. Magazine.  We are currently upsizing our Houston Call Center, which sets appointments for our clients in the dating industry.  You will be responsible for contacting our warm leads through an automated dialing system, discuss dating experiences, preferences and goals with each lead, then set an appointment for them to meet with an upscale introduction service in their area.

Instinct has three shifts to choose from: 

8am to 3pm
12pm to 8pm
3pm to 10pm

$10.00/hour to start PLUS commission and bonuses.  Our goal will be to have you at $12.00/hour plus commission by your 60th or 90th day of employment.  Our agents’ average pay is usually $650 to $750 per week.
