Customer Service Coordinator

It’s Just Lunch! The premier international dating service for busy professionals, with over 100 locations worldwide and featured in Forbes magazine and the Wall Street Journal is seeking a highly motivated customer service coordinator in our Washington, DC office.

Requirements:

· Multi task oriented and able to work within tight deadlines

· Extremely well organized and detail oriented

· Upbeat attitude with a great phone presentation

· A take-charge and confident personality

· Comfortable dealing with busy professionals

· Minimum 1 year customer service/sales experience

Responsibilities:

In this position you will be speaking with clients on the phone, arranging their dates, making their restaurant reservations, reminding them of their upcoming engagements and gathering their feedback after each date.  You must be a professional who demonstrates maturity, integrity and good judgement.
