Customer Service/Operations Representative

Mariah Fuels is an international aviation fuel company that specializes in the contract fuel sales to the corporate and commercial aviation industry.

Mariah is currently looking for a Customer Service and Operations Rep with excellent communication and computer skills.  Proficiency in MS office and database management is a must for this position, and will be based in our home office in The Woodlands, TX.  Experience in the Aviation industry helpful, but not required.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

Maintenance and Management of database and spreadsheet information crucial to the daily operations of the company Scheduling and Dispatching Direct communication with customers and vendors Project Management Research and Development Participation in system development Maintain integrity of system information Customer relations and needs Oversees the estimates and reconciliation of prepay accounts
