Customer Service - Trucking Company



Gemini Traffic Sales is a fast growing Temperature-controlled Trucking Company located in Edison, NJ (near Middlesex County College). We have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. 


We are seeking to add to our staff during the busiest part of the day, from approximately 11:00 am to 1:00 or 2:00 pm (some flexibility).

Duties will include telephone work in representing the Company to customers and coordinating and scheduling pick-ups and deliveries, as well as order entry and other clerical duties.

Requirements:



- Strong Communication Skills and ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.

- Accuracy in Data Entry

- Ability to impress Customers and build productive relationships.

- Minimum 3 years solid Customer Service experience

- Prior Transportation / Logistics Experience

- Good Computer Skills

- Prior work with TMW software a BIG Plus
