Customer Service Representative, Payroll, Temporary Position

Job Description:Immediate need for 10 temporary customer service representatives, to answer employee questions about payroll. Assignment will start on May 5th and will last approx. 6 Months.Duties:Will be responsible for taking calls to assist the payroll department in answering questions regarding employee pay. Will thoroughly document each call and give proper instruction to employees calling in. Will be providing support to a total of 17,000 employees and their payroll.Qualifications: Previous Customer Service Experience is a requirement, as the training for this position will be brief. Good computer and phone skills, including Microsoft products, are required.Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.Must be able to work between the hours of 7am-7pm, Mon-Fri.
