Job Description:Arlington, VA - Immediate need for a customer service representative seeking a professional work environment with a federal agency. You will be responsible for responding to telephone inquiries, problem solving and documentation of information. Strong analytical, customer service and computer skills required. An Associates Degree, two years of college or two years experience in a financial industry inbound call center preferred. This long term opportunity is metro accessible.
