Customer Service Retention Specialist

At Time Warner Cable, you will work in a world class call center where you will consult with our customers, discussing the value of Time Warner Cable products and services.  You will answer account questions and consult or recommend Time Warner Cable services based on the customer’s needs.  You will assist with payments and other account issues.Provide excellent customer service to all Time Warner Cable valued customers.

 

A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year Customer Service experience is required and you must be a Customer Service Superstar!  Call center experience preferred but not required.  You must be able to work evenings and one weekend day.
