*Contacting prospects by making outbound calls regarding home security systems.
*Talk with customers on both inbound and outbound calls.
*All calls are from leads ... Warm Calls ... Not Cold Calls.
Working primarily from both an active internet lead pool and self generated lead pool, responsible for securing profitable packages and upgrades to new PAI residential/ Small Business customers. Maximize customer satisfaction and retention by initiating post installation follow-ups.

** Offer products within United States via a telephone dialing system, maintaining assigned quotas and following established guidelines.

**Identify prospects utilizing creative lead generating techniques.

**Present presentation and proposals to prospects, identifying positive features and advantages of our products and services over those of the competition.

**Adhere to current PAI policies, procedures, products, programs and services.

**Follow up with prospects.

**Complete final contract for signature.

**Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.

**Post installation follow-up by contacting customer ensuring commitments were met and generating referrals.

Requirements: 

*Excellent communication skills.

**Ability to work a full time schedule.

**Available for nights and weekends to accommodate the customer's agenda.

**At least 6 months of sales experience, preferably in a call center environment.

**High level of confidence.

**Self-motivated.

**Good people skills.

**Goal-oriented.

**Must have pleasant, clear speaking voice and be able to deliver company message with enthusiasm.
