As our Customer Service Supervisor, based in Reno, NV, you will build and mentor a new team of customer service representatives in a human resources call center environment providing outstanding service to TriNet customers. As our Customer Service Supervisor, you will serve as a Supervisor for Customer Advocates that support both employees and customers in utilizing our Human Resources services. Your ability to achieve uniformity, excellence in the day-to-day management of our customer service team and to troubleshoot problems, resolving difficult customer issues that are critical to this position. You will also be responsible for the daily tracking, reviewing, and reporting of customer service metrics of Solution Center Advocates related to criteria such as quality call monitoring, attendance and adherence to schedule metrics and call center performance relating to abandonment, average speed of answer etc. Your excellent communication and computer skills will also be utilized as you prepare reports using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and represent your team in management meetings. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills to enhance their career by developing Human Resources knowledge while playing a critical role in helping TriNet customers. This position does require an initial 4 week training period in San Leandro, CA (normal expenses covered by TriNet) CL4
