Customer Service / Technical Support Representative

Automated ordering company in Carrolton is looking for a Customer Service / Technical Support Representative to join their team. The ideal representative will be an excellent problem-solver, possess good computer skills and have great communication skills, both written and verbal.

 





RequirementsBachelor degree from an accredited University or College is preferred2-3 years related experience, or equivalent combination of experience and training Ability to read and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manualsMust be able to lift 30lbs

 ResponsibilitiesAnswering phones, responding to inquiries relating to trainings, troubleshooting, purchasing, billing, etc. and transferring calls to other business areasAbility to communicate one-on-one to train end users of our productsProvide technical and application support to end usersPerform outbound calling to support quality customer relationshipsMaintain an organized and clean working environment

This is a full time, direct hire position. Company offers health and dental insurance, paid time off, 401K, and flexible spending. Salary is 20-25K DOE. Regular business hours are required; however, a lot of the systems can only be maintained after hours or on weekends. Apply immediately!
