The Customer Support Director is responsible for providing exceptional client services support to multiple client and customer contacts.  This person will work directly with key client personnel to organize and facilitate communication between the client and internal team members to insure service delivery needs are met, and conduct field trainings and other client program activities on both a local and national basis. We anticipate that travel would be at least 30%.

The ideal candidate will have attained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management or related field, have strong retail merchandising experience with CPG expereince a definite plus, and have a track record of success in retail project management and problem solving in a proactive manner.  If customer service and attention to detail and problem solving are your passions, you'll thrive in this position.
