DAR Services Manager, DAR Service, University of Vermont
Provide vision, project management and supervision to facilitate effective design, development, and delivery of integrated technological and e-commerce solutions for Development and Alumni Relations (DAR). Provide strategic and operational plan development, design and implementation of mid- to long-range initiatives, prioritization of workflow, design and oversight for extensive system of data management policies standards, and collection/reporting procedures, evaluation and assessment of operational effectiveness, and staff management/supervision. Oversee information systems which include database, network, web sites, events management system, automated calling software/phonathon solution and acknowledgment system; and system interfaces with other campus systems and programs.
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline and five years of progressively responsible experience including information technology management experience in a fund-raising environment and/or financial processing environment required, or an equivalent combination. Experience managing professional staff required. Experience with business process redesign, financial management and analysis, systems design and management, and programming required. Commitment to diversity and inclusion required. Experience with several of the following is highly desirable: web technology/e-commerce; Relational Database Management Systems; network operating systems, web based applications; automation using desktop applications, Windows operating system.
