DIRECT CARE RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR YOUTH

RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT FOR YOUTH DIRECT CARE We require strong, confident staff who have the capacity to physically deal with youth who are experiencing an emotional crisis, are assaultive and/or being destructive. You must have the skills to verbally de-escalate a crisis and use mature judgment with a youth who is out of control. You will need leadership skills, milieu management skills, high energy levels, self discipline, providing a very cool approach to a volatile situation, reliability, flexibility and dedication. We require a bachelor's degree in a related field.
