Qualifications EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: A Bachelors degree and sales or related experience is required. At least 3-5 years of sales management experience Proven track record of attaining sales goals and successfully managing a sales staff. QUALIFICATIONS: . Excellent communication and public speaking skills. . Business and Financial acumen in order to qualify prospective residents. . Basic computer skills with MS Office and sales information systems Responsibilities The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for managing the Sales and Marketing team at Oak Crest, in Parkville, MD, including setting and attaining sales goals, creating and maintaining contact with a wait list of prospective residents, supporting sales personnel, being a liaison between the Community and the Erickson corporate office, and establishing relationships in and around the local market.
