This position is responsible for the overall quality of service provided to the client. A general knowledge of discipline specific domain is necessary. Incumbent will work independently with general guidance from SBU Manager or and/or DVP. Is expected to explore and implement best practices through process improvement. Acts as a mentor to subordinates on the team.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:May perform one or more of the following:Have a complete understanding of client contracts and discipline specific plans/programs and can serve as a subject matter expert.Have knowledge of SLA requirements and manage day-to-day activities to meet those SLAs, including to interaction and management of offshore staff and their handling of processes.Understanding of discipline specific best practices, compliance and regulatory requirements.Ability to consult with client on product offering and changes, as well as service enhancements.Ensure client team adheres to all discipline specific and legislative policies and procedures.Seek and implement revenue enhancement and cost reduction opportunities.Lead discipline specific cross-functional activities/projects within team or with other HCMS teams.Ability to understand and provide instruction/guidance on manual calculations, Intent to retire, estimates, Batch terminations, True Ups, Disability Calculations, QDRO Calculations, FICA Calculations.Management of the data and reporting of all fulfillment packages, and manual packages.EDUCATION AND TYPICAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:Minimum 9+ years discipline specific related experienceMinimum 2 years in a leadership role4 year college degree or equivalent related experienceACS is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not Discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion/creed, national origin, gender, or sex, marital status, age, disability, use of a guide dog or service animal, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by Federal or State law or local ordinance.
