CUSTOMER SERVICE * Process sales and provide customers with courteous, friendly and efficient service. * Ensure customer concerns are solved efficiently and promptly. * Opening and Closing the store. * Authorize refunds and approve checks. LEADERSHIP and DEVELOPMENT * Relieve Management for lunches and breaks. * Assists and supports management with daily managerial duties BUSINESS ACUMEN * Analyze store competition ensure store reaches full sales potential by maintaining a continuing awareness of competition. * Give feedback and offer suggestions regarding department. * Meet and exceed store sales and profit goals * Clean front ends and stock grocery bags * Puts out orders and receivables as requested. * Maintain the store?s appearance in accordance with corporate standards EDUCATION * High School diploma EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS * A minimum of 1-year retail management experience.
