The system takes what traditionally has been a 3-5 day process – and streamlines it to 3-5 minutes, while reducing both direct and indirect costs and capturing spend data.

 

Positions are available in Chicago, IL, Dallas, TX and New York/New Jersey.

 

Job Description:

 

The Director - Corporate Market Development is responsible for attracting corporations either directly; through third party travel distribution alliances, travel management companies, meeting planners or other approved industry channels. The candidate should have a deep understanding of the workings and economics of the travel management industry and strong familiarity with corporate procurement practices.

 

 Experience/Education:

 

· Minimum three years direct B2B sales experience, preferably travel industry related

· Experience presenting to groups or individuals (in person & via WEBEX)

· Highly developed social and networking skills – able to interact with C level executives

· Disciplined CRM User (Salesforce.com)

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field

· PC Literate with aptitude for understanding technology related issues

· Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
