Director Finance - BPO Industry

ICT Group Inc. currently has an opening for a DIRECTOR FINANCE – BPO Industry

 

Responsibilities:

 Financial control and accountability for the financial security of the Company Profitability, cash flow, P&L and expense analysis, cost and contract analysis Manage and be responsible for accounting functions, including: billing, collections/receivables, accounts payable, vendor relationships and direct labor expenses/forecasting Ability to manage, verify and assist both the employees and production of the A/R, A/P, and payroll Ability to reconcile general ledger accounts Maintain and enhance the accounting/reporting process for all regions, including monthly variance analysis and support for the budgeting and projection process Validate the accuracy of all accounting entries related to revenue and expenditures Process accounting transactions for period closings and monthly financial reports for domestic and international entities.

 

Qualifications:


--Bachelor`s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (CPA and/or MBA preferred)
--Proven experience with job cost accounting and percentage of completion analysis

--Demonstrated knowledge of Financial Analysis processes and procedures within a call center/business process outsourcing environment preferred
--Demonstrated ability to successfully apply forecasting techniques and skills to develop and evaluate business goals and strategies, analyze information to derive insights and implications to initiate planning and forecasting, and controlling actual results versus budget
--8 plus years as a successful Assistant Controller or Senior Accounting Manager (in a BPO industry environment preferred)
--Strong ability with computer programs. Fluent knowledge of MS Excel
--Ability to multitask and prioritize, communicate well in written and verbal format
