Director of Nursing Services

(Full Time) - Hospice

This position provides leadership and counsel to the Patient Care staff. Acts as Safety Coordinator assuring compliance with regulations and policies to provide a safe and conducive work environment. Interviews, hires and participates in training of patient care staff. Communicates with nurse managers to schedule staff visits and monitors daily itineraries of nursing staff. Coordinates clinical admission/ assessment process with the admissions specialist, social worker, spiritual counselor, and nurse managers.

Qualifications:BSN degree preferred. At least one year nursing management experience required.Licensed RN in State of MN
