First American Proxix Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of First American Real Estate Spatial Solutions, is a rapidly growing software company that specializes in developing and implementing local intelligence solutions. Proxix software and database solutions add location data to enterprise applications to deliver actionable information for decision support.
Proxix is seeking a Director of Sales to help expand business in the geospatial and location intelligence services and software market.Responsibilities:Prospect and close new business, grow existing business, manage the overall relationship of assigned accounts and ensure extreme customer satisfactionSell solutions to new or existing customers to achieve or exceed revenue goalsContact and visit prospective customers to determine solution requirements and provide sales presentationsExecute a defined sales process modelUnderstand Proxix solutions and clearly articulate the solution benefits to prospective customersIdentify new business opportunities and retain existing relationships by working with company management, business development strategists, marketing and technical support personnel to prioritize those opportunities and integrate them into the account plan Build and maintain customer relationships at all levels (through and including President/CEO), utilizing Proxix resources to ensure Proxix has high visibility with the account Prepare written presentations and activity reportsKeep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products, and market needsWork Location: Position may reside from a home office/remote work location.
