Lineage Power is a leading global power and components provider and manufacturer of high quality AC-DC and DC-DC power solutions. We are currently seeking a Director for Services Product Management and Operations who is responsible to oversee all service product planning activities for Lineage Power Services including; new service product development, service product releases and life cycle management. This position will be responsible for creating and executing long-term, strategic product release plans for all service product categories and market segments. Additionally, they will lead the effort to design, optimize and integrate all services delivery processes and operations supporting the Deployment and Integration Services, Maintenance Services and Professional Services and Consulting portfolio. These processes include but are not limited to Project Scheduling and Estimation, Services Product Management, Services Logistics, Services Partner Management and Program/ Project management and customer satisfaction measurement and monitoring.
This is a senior-level role that needs to be a great business partner experienced in advising and influencing VP and GM level clients. Candidates should have a passion for services and the proven ability to develop great business partnerships, define business processes and build services solutions that help product oriented sales organizations meet their objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent business acumen, solid analytical skills, organizational agility, project management skills, demonstrated people management and development skills, and a proven organizational leadership record. Individual should be comfortable leading team and group meetings and forming effective working relationships across Lineage Power as well as external partner and customer client groups.
Service Product Management:
· Generate / validate new service product ideas aligned with company focus and financial objectives.
· Use direct customer, partner and sales feedback as well as primary and secondary research to justify service product planning strategy, creating financial models and championing products through all levels of internal approval.
· Write marketing plans for service products and/or service product lines, outlining the lifetime product strategy and plans for executing that strategy.
· Help create and work within the new product development and launch process that guides all product release activities.
· Manage the service product financial models and all service product planning budgets.
Manage service products proactively through their life cycles to grow and protect service product revenues and their overall reputation in the market and partner channels.
· Manage and provide superior leadership to the Service Product Management and Operations team.
Service Operations:
· Design, develop and optimize service delivery processes providing the foundation for the services offerings portfolio: Project Scheduling and Estimation, Services Product Management, Services Logistics, Services Partner Management and Program/ Project management and customer satisfaction measurement and monitoring.
· Use best practice benchmarking and process quality initiative to drive world class services process and operations.
· Ensure that an effective 'Quality Information Feedback' process is integrated into all services processes to inform new product strategy and design serviceability into our products.
Experience Requirements:
· 10+ years related work experience, managing high performers
Ability to manage business partners and influence strategic direction at the VP / GM level.
