Identifies exposures and determines appropriate methods to finance those exposures through a combination of purchased insurance and self funding. This is accomplished within clearly defined policies and procedures established by the TreasurerNegotiate various insurance policies covering the corporation on a global basis. Advise management on matters related to insurance claims and contractual language in various documents. Arrange insurance coverage for new acquisitions and modify coverage as required for divestitures. Manage outside vendors as needed. Establish and support a work environment of continuous improvement that supports BSC's Quality Policy, Quality System and the appropriate regulations for the area they support. Ensure all employees are trained to do their work and their training is documented.Bachelors Degree required. MBA/MS preferred. 15 years experience.Job Experience:Bachelors Degree required.
