Director of Health Plan Services

Job Description:Director of Health Plan Services with IT background.We have an immediate opportunity for 2 strong, seasoned Directors or Sr. Managers of Health Plan Servies with and IT background and project experience leading large teams through business process assessments, design, testing, training, and go-live support.A minimum of five years Health Plan related work experience with deep working knowledge in enrollment, member service, provider service, claims, and billing is required.Experience in health plan consulting at a senior level or as a director with hands on process and project management experience required.The position requires experience assessing, implementing and optimizing business processes in health plans.A technical background and experience with formal life cycle development methodologies is highly desirable.This position will be responsible for the delivery of client engagements, the quality of work, project timelines, deliverables, project economics, and overall client satisfaction.In addition, this position will be responsible for the development of client relationships both concurrently as part of active engagements and proactively in anticipation of future needs.Responsible for the development of associates within the firm as assigned.Qualified individuals should possess effective team management skills and experience with a variety of project management tools and techniques.A BA/BS Degree, advanced degree, and/or relevant certifications such as PMP is/are beneficial.Work location will be at the client site 5 days per week, located in downtown Philadelphia.Candidates local to the tri-state area (PA/DE/NJ) will receive first consideration, as in-person interviews will be required.This is a salaried with benefits opportunity. 2 Positions, salaried exempt with benefits.Job Experience: Contact Information Company: CDI Email: Apply by Email
