DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES

 

Leading international manufacturer of tools and tooling components for the metal stamping and plastics molding industries has a opening for the position of Director, Human Resources, reporting to the president. This position will have direct responsibility for the human resources function at three plant locations in the United States and advisory responsibility for seven international locations. The leader of this function will drive the strategic planning and execution of all policies, initiatives and actions that leverage talent within the organization and align performance delivery with the needs of the organization. This position will serve as a key advisor to the President by aligning people, knowledge, skills and abilities with the needs of the business.

 

Qualifications. The successful candidate will bring to the company experience in managing the full range of Human Resources activities including employment, compensation, employee relations, benefits, training and organizational development. Candidate should have a minimum of five years of work experience in a leadership role at the managerial level in addition to work experience in a manufacturing organization at the HR generalist level. Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field with additional degrees or accreditation being a plus.
