This position will be responsible for providing an effective external customer orientation to the organization through the development and communication of an in-depth understanding of our markets, customers and communities, and will communicate the division's brand to both internal and external customers.The person in this position will also develop and maintain strategic marketing and sales plans and effectively influence and support the sales team with actionable market information. Other key responsibilities will include:Develop and execute methods to provide insights into Luck Stone's customers that will inform innovation of a differentiated customer experience, while leading the communication of the Luck Stone brand to internal and external customers; Maintain graphic standards for Luck Stone brand. Manage advertising agency relationship, ensuring that creative execution and customer communication needs are met; Develop and maintain business unit capacity to recognize and act upon opportunities for profitable growth; Support roll out of new products by providing insight on market potential, unmet customer needs, and general sales and advertising support; Coordinate community relations communications as needed; Plan and execute corporate customer entertainment events. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or related field, or an appropriate combination of education and experience, as well as 10+ years of demonstrated marketing management experience.
