Job Requirements:

Photography Programs Be well versed in all aspects of photography / lighting, particularly undergraduate school portrait, sports and special event photography Develop and recommend photography programs Test photography programs for functionality and market acceptance Document and layout program specificity and schematics Identify and make equipment recommendations

Photography Training Develop training materials including training handbooks, demonstration models, multi-media visual aids, etc. Schedule training sessions Evaluate training sessions to measure progress and effectiveness of training Provide feedback to participants and management Maintain training records

Photography Analysis Analyze photography jobs to identify issues Provide feedback to management and photography staff

Supervisory Responsibilities: Provide overall direction, coordinate and evaluate the photography team
