Requirements: - 5-7 years of related experience in Food/beverage industry preferred - Experience /knowledge of Aseptic Packaging/Processing testing - TetraPak; high speed packaging and filling - Micro Organisms packaging (Package integrity / Packaging material) - Instrumental use of calibration - GMP’s - Knowledge of CIP (Cleaning in Process) - Experience dealing with USDA regulations; high asset regulations - Familiar with food/ beverage recalls - Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and labor agreement - Has a systematic approach with process - SAP experience preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: -  HACCP Plan Development and Implementation and Advanced HACCP -  Verification, Validation and Auditing a HACCP System preferred.Salary/Pay Rate: 55,000 About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
