Capital One is currently seeking a Director of Recruiting to join our HR team in Dallas, Texas. This position will be responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans for our Texas banking segment. The role will lead a team of 10-12 recruiting associates responsible for sourcing, developing and processing candidates for open positions within the banking segment. In addition, he/she will deliver within financial cost goals. Responsibilities: Build, lead and manage the recruiting team coach, develop and mentor associate to strengthen and measure their performance. Consult with business clients to optimize current processes while planning for future hiring needs. Manage recruiting operations through the use of data/metrics such as cost per hire, interview to hire ratios and cycle time. Monitor and evaluate sourcing channels to optimize pipelines while managing costs. Lead and champion change management efforts with our business partners to support changing recruiting processes. Act as a management recruiter for key roles. Develop and implement programs to enhance management recruiting capabilities. Develop and manage relationships with external recruiting suppliers. Ensure recruiting process compliance.Job Experience:Basic Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in a Business Related field Other Qualifications: • 5-10 years of recruiting experience in Executive Search, Staffing Vendor or Corporate Environment • 3-5 years managing a recruiting team • Staffing experience in financial services a plus • Experience in the Dallas market is preferred No agencies please.
