Director of Sales

The Director of Sales will lead Circles’ efforts to drive revenue through the acquisition of new Employee Loyalty clients, as well as provide leadership in overall client strategy, management and tactics. Responsibilities:Secure new Employee Loyalty clients through: lead generation; active prospecting; proper qualifying: strong negotiating; and deal completion Build pipeline needed to achieve success in Circles’ new revenue goals Collaborate and determine sales tools and other support needed to insure achievement of revenue goals Build and maintain relationships within a complex client structure across numerous accounts Keep company informed of market specific trends, goals and challenges in order to better inform strategy and insure success Translate business requirements to all internal teams and ensure delivery of program success Support success of client through implementation to account management Accurately forecast revenue potential of pipeline, revenue of clients, and associated demand Estimated 30% travel Leadership Competencies:Modeling Circles’ Values Unwavering Focus on the Customer Superior Communication Effective Strategic Thinking and Planning Innovation and Creativity Effective Problem Solving and Decision Making Treating Others with Respect Developing and Maintaining Successful Relationships Building Great Teams Generating Influence and Credibility Managing Self-Development Achieving Excellent Results Other Important Competencies:Performance Management Employee Development Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree Experience Required: 8+ years of sales and/or account management experience Solid understanding of loyalty marketing/rewards programs Previous management experience Strong analytical skills Ability to work well under pressure
