Communicate with customers via phone, email, and possibly live chat . Respond to customer's billing inquires . Employ supportive sales techniques by offering current promotions, including special offers . Treat all customers in a professional, respectful manner . Correspond to customers in writing if neededJob Experience:Qualifications: . High school diploma or equivalent is required. Exceptional oral, written, listening skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to calculate figures and amounts. Excellent computer skills, including internet proficiency. Ability to sit for long periods of time. Outstanding customer service skills. 1 year customer service experience required.
