For more information about our company, visit us at . Currently, we are seeking a Distribution Operations Sr Specialist for our Neenah, WI South Office location. Summary:The position leads the SAP implementation change management and control process in the consumer distribution network. Provides organizational development consulting and communication strategies. Drive the redesign of business processes and supporting development and implementation of approaches, methods and strategies that contribute to the successful launch of the SAP tool and business process.Responsibilities:-Develop and deploy change management strategies within the consumer distribution center network required to ensure successful SAP implementation.-Use process consulting skills to help staff and site distribution teams accept and embrace system and business process change associated with SAP implementation.-Evaluate organizational systems, practices and procedures and recommend changes to ensure integration of customer requirements, business process and the SAP system.-Provide individual consulting to guide team leaders and others in maximizing team effectiveness.-Provide or procure leadership for change management education approaches that develop new knowledge and skills that support organizational change initiatives.Minimum Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree -12 years of relevant experience in the supply chain area with a strong background in information systems -Recent change management experience preferred with skills applied in an organizational change or transformation environment.-Must have demonstrated ability to perform in a team environment.Preferred-Masters Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management-any implementation of SAP experience with supply chain experience as a plus-background in change management and control, group/team process and dynamics, adult learning and instructional design concepts.Send your resume today!
