Novelty, Inc. is also recognized as innovators by our partners including Disney, Universal Studios, NBA & etc.Other Information...As a District Manager, you’ll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, driving sales in your district, motivating your team of 4-6 route sales professionals to meet/exceed company expectations, and covering open/vacation routes as needed. Leadership experience in the DSD industry including: chips, snacks, soda, beer/wine, cookies, etc is a must. We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented individual with a "no excuses" attitude. The successful individual will have route sales experience, a strong workdrive, strong leadership skills, and will be passionate about their career. This position requires the ability to climb, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel for extended periods, and to work in all weather conditions. Must be able to perform frequent lifting of 15 - 60 pounds. You will be responsible for safely operating a 15' step van. You must have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
