As District Sales Manager of a business to business outside sales team, you will:Motivate, educate, encourage and support outside sales reps to exceed sales goals and bring out the best of their individual talents Model and demonstrate winning presentation and closing techniques Develop and implement strategies that successfully target potential customersBuild strong relationships with business leaders in your area

 

Requirements:



Qualifications include:Minimum of 5+ years' B2B sales and new account acquisition leadership experience Prior major account selling experience Bachelor's degree preferred Proven track record of recruiting and developing successful sales teams Management experience in a fast-growing organization Ability to develop and implement process/system improvements Availability for travel
