Electrical/Electronic Specialist

Job Description
Installation, Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Repair of electrical and electronic components including 3 phase 480VAC, 240 VDC motors/generators, 120 VAC and 24VAC control systems, PLC and frequency drives, circuit boards, and wiring

Duties
Maintains equipment operation by troubleshooting breakdowns; making repairs Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; folling manufacturer's instructions; notifying supervisor of needed repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques Enhances equipment performance by developing and installing modifications; making adjustments Documents actions by completing engineering and maintenance logs; timely completes and submits company reports Resolves installation problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs Confirms equipment performance by conducting tests Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed; works well with others to achieve team goals Must be willing and able to travel EXTENSIVELY Must be able to pass drug screen Must be able to pass FBI background check
