Yoh Engineering has an exciting long-term contract opportunity for an Embedded Systems Engineer at a Fortune 500 Research & Development company in Niskayuna, NY. RESPONSIBLITIES: • Innovating intelligent real-time and safety critical systems design for new technology in company products.  Current applications include aerospace, medical imaging, security, automation, and power electronics control. • Develop new intelligent real-time electronics, interfaces, self healing/calibrating algorithms design, specification, and prototype implementation.REQUIREMENTS: • Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (or MS with 3+ years solid industry experience) in intelligent embedded system architectures. • Must have hardware experience using DSP, SBC and FPGA based systems. • Must have significant enterprise architecture understanding, smart sensor/module/system knowledge, wireless communication experience, software design expertise and demonstrated proficiency in real time operating systems. • Ability to multi-task while maintaining commitment to quality. • Strong attention-to-detail is a MUST. • Team player with ability to work independently and interface with diverse population. • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).Please send resumes with salary requirements to techjobs@yoh.com .Discover all that’s possible with Yoh Engineering.
