Emergency Care Technician Department: Emergency Department Schedule: Part-time Shift: 2nd shift Hours: Job Details:

Performs triage, direct patient care, information processing and department support under the guidance and monitoring of a Clinical Nurse and/or Emergency Department physician. Will be performing the following skills: venipuncture, 12 lead EKG, wound prep, visual acuities, quick-cath insertion, vital signs, crutch, cane and walker instructions.

Qualifications include: High school diploma or equivalent EMT or be a nursing student with at least one adult clinical completed CPR certification
