Places necessary outgoing calls to verify an alarm, dispatches the proper authorities, and notifies responsible parties.Properly documents alarm handling procedures within the alarm screens.Completes alarm processing in accordance with departmental procedures.Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Candidates must possess a minimum of six months customer service and/or call center experience. Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal are a must. Candidate must have knowledge of basic computer functions including Microsoft Windows. Typing 20 WPM is required. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and be detail oriented. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Part time and full time schedules available.
