Trane, a worldwide manufacturer of air conditioning and building management equipment and systems, has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Reliability Engineer in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
Maintenance Reliability Engineer
Set up a maintenance optimization program for plant equipment using RCM and Six Sigma processes. Track downtime, conduct root cause investigations and develop comprehensive maintenance plans for equipment. Drive culture change from reactive to proactive. Occasional travel may be required.
Bachelor's degree in engineering required. Minimum 5 years of facilities/maintenance engineering experience with a strong background in machine optimization required. Strong experience with Allen Bradley PLCs is a plus.
