At ACS we believe in the balance of home and work.Do you feel that the harder a person works, the more compensation they deserve? Our pay package offers a competitive base wage – and more. This position is structured with an additional Incentive Program beyond a competitive hourly base rate, so that you may earn additional pay based on productivity and quality, for an hourly potential of up to $20/hour after only 4 short weeks of training - which we provide. Spanish bi-lingual skills will be able to earn an additional premium to the base. Under immediate supervision, you will respond to routine telephone inquiries in a member-oriented call center by following standard scripts and procedures. You will also make outbound calls to designated Medicaid recipients, and perform routine tasks requiring working knowledge of the Company’s products and services.
